How do I get my tracking number?
A tracking number is available usually within 24 hours of your order shipment. We will send this information to the email address you provided us during your transaction. For security reasons, please be advised that we can only email tracking information to the email address on file with your order.
How can I change the email address on my account?
Unfortunately, as the email address is your account identifier, you can’t change that. You’ll need to create a new account with the new information.
What is your return policy?
Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, FultonCultural.com will accept qualified products for exchange within 7 days of the original purchase date. Due to the nature of our products, no refund is available. Please call us at 718.783.8889 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to find out if the product(s) you are interested in qualifies for exchange.
