How do I get my tracking number?
A tracking number is available usually within 24 hours of your order shipment. We will send this information to the email address you provided us during your transaction. If you need more information on your order, please call us at 718.783.8889 or contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. For security reasons, please be advised that we can only email tracking information to the email address on file with your order.
How can I change the email address on my account?
Unfortunately, as the email address is your account identifier, you can’t change that. You’ll need to create a new account with the new information.
What is your return policy?
Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, FultonCultural.com will accept qualified products for exchange within 7 days of the original purchase date. Due to the nature of our products, no refund is available. Please call us at 718.783.8889 or send an email to email@example.com to find out if the product(s) you are interested in qualifies for exchange.
How do I check the status of my order?
Online order tracking is available on our website. We recommend creating an account with password during your online transactions to facilitate the tracking process.
What payment methods you accept?
Our payment gateway is PayPal Advanced. This method offers the choice to accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal. Personal and company checks may be held up to 10 business days for processing. We DO NOT CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT until we have SHIPPED your order.
Note: In some cases, additional credit card verification may be needed before we process your order.
How much do you charge for shipping and handling?
Estimated shipping charges are calculated based on the carrier you selected (UPS, USPS), after adding an item to the shopping cart and entering your shipping zip code. By courtesy, we offer free shipping on orders hundred dollars or more.
Is my order subject to sales tax?
Sales tax is charged on the products purchased. This tax is only applicable to New York customers.

You can delete an unwanted item from your shopping cart by clicking the “Remove this item” button located within the shopping cart at the far left of each row.

You can add items to your shopping cart by using our search engine to find the item(s) that you want to purchase. You can also browse through our products categories to get the item(s). Once you find an item(s) you’d like to buy, simply click the “Add to Cart” button next to the item(s) to add the selected item(s) to your shopping cart. You can then change the quantity of items you’d like to order, delete an item, empty the shopping cart, continue shopping, or check out.
